As the CFO of Larson-Juhl, Eric led the company through its acquisition by Berkshire Hathaway in 2002. Despite the famously rigorous Berkshire process, the deal was completed in just 60 days. Under Warren Buffett’s supervision, Larson-Juhl became the model Berkshire company—growing steadily in both revenues and profits, and remains in the portfolio to this day.
