40 Entrepreneurs To Be Selected for The Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program in 2017

New York, NY – The Birthing to Giants Fellowship Program plans to welcome 40 new entrepreneurs into the Fellowship Program in 2017—10 new entrepreneurs per quarter. The participants will be entrepreneurs who distinguish themselves in their businesses, industries and communities, and will own businesses between $2 million and $250 million.

Each quarter will feature a program targeted to different revenue levels. The first—held in January —will be for companies with an annual revenue of $10 – $150 million. The second—held in April—will be for companies with an annual revenue of $2 – $10 million. Additional dates will be announced for June and September.June will focus on manufacturing and industrial companies, and September on companies with an annual revenue of $2 -$10 million.

• January 23-27, 2017: Companies with revenues between $10 million and $150 million.
• April 24-28, 2017: Companies with revenues between $2 million and $10 million
• June 2017 (dates to be announced): Companies in the industrial and manufacturing sectors
• September 2017 (dates to be announced): Companies with revenues between $2 million and $10 million

The first class of Birthing of Giants Fellows will launch at the prestigious Duke University Executive Education Conference Center in Durham, North Carolina. Over the course of this week-long session, entrepreneurs who are selected for The Fellowship Program will live, eat, and learn together. Participants will be led by the program’s Board of Experts and guest mentors from academia and thought-leadership.

Originally incubated in the hallways of M.I.T. in 1996, with the partnership of Inc. Magazine, Birthing of Giants is an educational program for owners of growing companies and has had several of the leading entrepreneurs of its day pass through its doors. Earlier this year, The Business Owners Council (ownerscouncil.net), a learning community for the owners of fast-growing companies—also incubated by Inc. Magazine—completed a transaction to acquire the brand in order to re-launch the legendary entrepreneurs masterclass program.

To be considered for this program, you must apply. Only 40 applicants will be selected for the 2017 year. Upon acceptance and completion of the program, you will be a Birthing of Giants Fellow for life and invited to alumni network conferences and events. High-achieving graduates will be invited to participate in an advanced accelerator program.
